The project is promoted by Velutini & Associates (BVA), a company with extensive experience in the real estate market of Venezuela and the Dominican Republic, headed by Luis Emilio Velutini, who is also chairman of the Real Estate Securities Fund (FVI) SACA, a company with extraordinary vision of building business for national and international and responsible for the construction and management of Blue Mall Santo Domingo and San Martin Mall.

This project arises in 2009 when was purchased the full plot to Cap Cana, close of 80,000 m2 consisting of a central and exclusive island villas with lots of land of 3000 mts2 and villas from 1200 mts2 m2 to 1800 mts2. Count with a space for development of products that did not exist in Cap Cana or in the Dominican market, covering the existing demand for lovers of the sailing world.
